Hi Love! Back when the e-store first opened, I had this same problem. In fact, on my account page, it still says that that particular order is still "Processing....." Anyway, I think I either called or e-mailed and told them I didn't receive a code. They were very prompt in getting me a code and also put an extra section of my couch that I ordered in my dock. They will take care of the problem, but you need to let them know by either calling or e-mail. I think that they may actually run out of codes, but I'm not sure. Good luck - I hope you get your pet soon!
