Nice job, Ashlyn! This info is also posted in the HOW TO GUIDES area (top of the forum).

A couple additional notes on stuck items:

- seems to happen most often in rooms with things that move - underwater rooms, animated things like moving seaweed in a pot, bubbling or fire things, etc.

- when you remove items, remove the item off a table (or pedestal, etc.) FIRST. THEN, remove the table or pedestal. It helps to REMOVE it instead of just MOVING it to another location in the room. I think part of the programming of the room, links the items together somehow and if you separate the two, badness happens!

- I was able to get stuck items fixes when I logged out of Webkinz, cleared my cache and logged back in. I didn't realize I had so many items stuck or missing. I thought there were 4 items, but when I returned to the room, there were 7!!

I used the customer service drop down on the WW sign in page. I had a vehicle stuck between rooms. I emailed last night (Sunday) and got a reply right away in my email this morning at 9:05 am. By 9:24 am, the vehicle was in my dock! Ganz is really good about fixing that stuff. BUT...if you have multiple problems, I would probably just call and speak with someone! Good Luck!
