Default Answered: My item is gone! And it was Priceless too! :(

Help! My Wacky Zingoz snow globe (The one were he is sledding) is GONE! I had it in my holiday room, then it fell through the table it was on. I didn't feel like fixing it right then (I had to leave) and just now I went back for it, but it wasn't there! The table is there... But if I click it, it turns green under it then freezes. I checked EVERY room in my house, and I went through my dock 4 times. Should I use ganz' "Stuck" form? I'm just scared they will move the table, but my snow globe will be lost forever. Please help!

Use the form, and they should be able to fix it. There have been people who had items missing that were in the walls of their house before and Ganz fixed that. (A family member of mine)

You can also call them if you are able to and they can help you that way, too. That way, you'll have direct contact with someone, hopefully. I have had stuff happen like that, and it got fixed. As a matter of fact, I think a car of mine went into the wall a while back because I couldn't find it one day and I know it was parked next to the wall. I need to call them for that.

i would use the " i have something stuck" GANZ will probably fix it they fixed items tht got stuck through tables for me before.

Fill out the stuck form and tell them the snowglobe is stuck. They will be able to put it in your dock for you.

I have place settings that are on the tables but the one side of the table is invisible and when I try to put something else there it tells me that there is no more room. I would use the form like the others suggest and if it is not cleared up within a short time then I would give them a personal phone call. Here is the number:

This same thing happened to me with our Halloween dining table. I filled out the form, and the next day, my item was in my dock. It doesn't take long at all! They are good about getting the stuck items unstuck. Good luck to you! I do have this problem written down in the Glitch area. I wish it would get verified!
