Lots of people have multiples of the same thing, so that shouldn't be the problem. You'll have to contact Ganz, but it sounds to me like unfortunately someone has randomly put in a code and it turned out to be yours! People enter codes hoping they will find an unused one that will give them access to that pet. Wait until the site is up, try again, and if it says the same thing you'll have to call Ganz. Good luck!
