as i was decorating my love lion's room, i put my "forever you" rose on a table. suddenly, it disppeared!A few seconds later, it was replaced by my inukshuk snow globe,which i had put in my other room.i thought "maybe it just somehow swapped the 2 holiday items." but when i went to the room in which the ow globe used to be, there was nothing on the table!

hmm, check your dock, and if it is not there, i would check EVERY room. hope i helped!!
oh, anf if that doesn't work, log out and log back in, and then repeat.
If it hasn't returned after you have logged back in try using 'item stuck in room' form.
Go to the main 'log in' page, then to Customer Service, scroll down to 'item stuck in room' and fill in the details. It should be returned to your dock.

ogging in and have some patience. If not give Ganz a piece of your mind! I'm so sorry!

I'm sorry to hear that this happened to you. It can be very upsetting to have stuff like that happen. Follow the guides here that help to get unstuck things back, but it sounds like you'll have to contact Ganz directly and have them clear the room for you. Then can do that when an item goes missing/is stuck.
I really hope it works and you get your rose back soon.

I agree with tashytoot. I have had things totally disappear before-many times, actually-and first I log out and log back in and check my room where the item was and I check my dock. If I still can't find it, then I go to the Customer Service and submit an 'item stuck in room' form and tell Ganz about it. Then usually it comes back to where it was before or it's been put in my dock. That's what happens to me every time. It should be the same for you. Good luck!
Stuff like this has happened to me! But never items from different rooms, but items in the same room. lol. I log out (sometimes it takes more then once) but all items return. ^^ Hope this helps!
