Default Unanswered: My Broken Code Shop

Just wondering whether or not anyone else was experiencing the same issue:

Go to Code Shop and type and type in code

Once entered get the "Please Wait"....for the rest of eternity....

Never loads, or changes, must log out in order to navigate away from shop.


Everything else seems to work fine.

I too have experienced the same thing! Ugh! I am glad I am not the only one though I was so excited to enter a code for kinz style after having problems even getting on the site all weekend & now today I can get on the site but can't enter codes. Wah...
Bad day to begin with, was looking for a little fun & relaxation with Webkinz. No such luck. Been very frustrated with the site lately, missed alot of POTM opportunities this month due to not being able to get on the site or once on getting logged off. Not sure what is going on or why there is so many problems. Maybe it has something to do with all the new upcoming things ???

I sent in a ticket and recieved this reply; if anyone else has this problem I would expect the same result. So we just sit and wait and hope that it will be fixed soon.

I have got that response every time I have emailed with a problem, some generic email, doubt they even read my actual issue . The communication from Ganz really lacks I am sad to say. I love Webkinz but the response time & actual emails dealing with my issues have rarely been received. I must admit lately I am really at my wits end since every day a new issue is being experienced. I wasn't able to get on almost all weekend. Over the last month my trades at the clubhouse rarely go through, I am constantly getting a message saying a system error has been experienced & I will find my items back in my dock. Now 3 days & I still can't enter codes in the code shop, wah! I seriously want to cry. I purchased a Yorkie this month & have maybe been able to take advantage of special oppurtunities in the daily activities 5 times due to some many problems getting on the site & actually being able to stay on it. So much time, money & energy has been place into Webkinz & all I experience lately is frustration when I log on to have fun & relax.
Sorry...wanted to vent, feel a little better now.

Update:

Problem is still occurring

No response to second email

No response to phone message (message stated that Ganz would respond within 24-48 hours, I guess not.)

All of these new and wonderful additions inaccessible.

I certainly hope this get's resolved soon.

Just spoke with a webkinz official...siad that they are hoping that this bug will be fixed before the weekend.../crosses fingers!

I too can not add codes to one of my accounts it goes to the deraded "please wait"
My first account is ok , I put in codes today no problem.
Both of my accounts are on the same computer. So it looks like one of the isolated proplems that come and go.

My experiance tells me to wait till the next update and it will correct it's self.
But in the mean time I am soory that your codes are not working, I know how bad it feels
keep your sperits up it will get better
