If you call Ganz and let them know what happened they WILL SEND YOU ANOTHER BAT ALONG WITH ANOTHER CODE!!! So you will then have 2 bats!
I have had issues where the seems are not together on allot of pets. The part that upsets me is that Ganz admits they have a major problem with holes in pets at the seems!!! But yet they do NOTHING to correct this!!! So ALWAYS ALWAYS check your pets out before walking out of the store!!! But again give them a call and they will send you another!!!
Thanks! Good luck!!! Oh phone number is listed in wI!!!
Have a GREAT weekend!!
I would guess it is the lining or batting (on the bat!) as well, and you should be able to trim without a problem. We have loose threads all the time.
My son got an eagle recently from an online seller (so no way to inspect first) and there is a hole in the back big enough to put a finger in! It was a little disgusting the seller would send it out like that, but perhaps it wasn't noticed....
WebkinzCutie - wish we had a couple buckets of bats! You are lucky - I haven't seen even one around here! I have my kids on the hunt too. I think I'll be stuck with an online purchase.
I would cut it off, but I would watch it because it could result in a hole that will have to be sewn. My one son's lil' and my other son's both have had holes in them that had to be repaired. Luckily, I've been able to repair them, and I'm no seamstress!

Well I will just cut it then watch it carefully. I have my rabbit that needs repairing, anyway.
I was taking off a shirt from her and jerked on her arm a little to hard and ripped the seem on one of her arms. I already had to fix my lil' Hippo. His arm was half off when I got him as a presant.
