I'm sorry that happened to you! I am doing 5 accounts and so far I have everything. No unexplainable missing items. I'm not sure what you can do, other than calling Ganz, and I don't know if they would even help you.
Today I found Ms Birdy and was surprised to discover that I hadn't gotten yesterday's Amanda plush toy.
Has anyone else experienced a snowflake showing you skipped a day when you know you found her and were awarded the gift?
I'm sorry that happened to you. I am going to check mine and make sure they all are appearing. I would suggest that you contact Ganz, and I would do it tomorrow, and let them know. You don't want it effecting your gift for all 12 on Christmas, and they will be off on holiday, and will return to numerous calls of so many other Christmas nightmares! If you have the doll on your account they will be able to see that and hopefully can fix it prior to Friday.
