Question Answered: Mod or admin? difference?

Okay sorta have 2 questions so here:

QUESTION #1: What is the difference between a mod and admin?

QUESTION #2:how do you mark a question as solved? when i look for the thing you have to hit i can't find it!

If you could help me with this that would be great, thanks!

1. A moderator is normally in charge of over seeing the forum, making sure things are going the way they should be, etc. Generally, admins do more stuff behind the scenes, such as making changes to the site, promoting and banning people, and so on.

2. Here is a thread that explains it all.
