My daughter and I both bought the Mystic eye Lamp at 6:00 tonight. I did the purchasing.
I logged out of my daughters account to go to mine after the purchase, I bought one on my account.
I went back to my daughters account and it is not there. I logged out and back in and nope its not there.
When I click the help area it just says the only way anything can be missing is if someone has your password.
Will Gantz help with this issue? How do I actually get to the area to email them?

I would call them because they get back a whole lot quicker. I think you may be able to fill out a forum for missing items. IDK where though sorry. Just try calling Ganz. Good luck!
