Yes thisa is a common problem it seems. We had 2 items on my daughters account like that and after a few complaints they finally fixed them You have to email support about it.
Unfortuanately we have also had items disappear completely. One minute there and the next gone. Like a new pair of boots dd bought just were gone when she later logged abck in and Ganz responded with the typical "somebody has your passwrod." Nobody did, except me..mom. And no I did not take her boots. LOL. We changed it again but have had it happen since as well. Rare, but it does seem to happen sometimes. Now we keep the docks as clean as possible to try and avoid this.
