Hello!

Last night I bought a game of Link'D from the W-Shop and put in my room to play while I waited for snow flakes. Today it is gone! It is not on the table where I put it last night and not in my dock. I checked the Webkinz site and it says it could only be missing if someone had my password.

I find this VERY hard to believe. First, no one knows the password. Second, why would some one hack into my WW account and only take a game of Link'D? Not Wish Tokes, Rares, Kinzcash Coins, Exclusives, PSI's, retired items but a game of Link'd? Yeah right!

Any advice on how to get the game back???

Just go to customer service and fill out "stuck" item and you will have it back on your dock in like 30 minutes.
Nobody hacked your account for a game LOL
Ganz needs to update their "missing" options!

Well, it is a possibility for hackers/scammers to get into your account WITHOUT knowing your pass or secret code. they may have randomly guessed your pass/secret code or used some weird scheme. WHo knows why they wanted a wshop game, i'm not sure! Ganz cannot get your items back for you (dang policy!), but they may be able to help you protect your account. In the meantime be happy it was just a small item. :0 It may have been moved to another room but you may not remember, not sure.

Is it under the table remove the table and see if it is on the floor . that happened to me and my friend and we found it there but it was a book hope this helps.

I tried moving the table and all the items around the area. I tried clicking where it had been (and all around the area) to see if it was there but "invisible" and nothing. I tried logging out and back in and still nothing.

Good for You You are very sensible, NO, no one hacked your account, not for a Link'D game
Secondly, remove the table and place it in your dock, leave the room and then go back and put the table in the very same place you had the Link'D game.

Log out and then log back in and check. Chances are the item will reappear on the table. It just kind of forgot where it was and it 'under the floor' according to Ganz.

You could also use the "Stuck Item" feature in Webkinz support page. You need a code from your account, the name of the account holder, password, date of birth of the account holder, room name it's stuck in, item name that is stuck. They usually fix it within a day or two.

I agree with aug2168. When I contacted customer service, I had my missing items right away--I thought the same way as you, no one took my items when there were much better items to take! Good luck.

I tried Dixiecup's suggestion but it didn't work.

So, I sent in the stuck item form and I will let you all know if that works.

It might be stuck. Try sending a message from the customer service section. You should have your item in your dock in 3-4 days. Hope this helps!
