Okay, so here is the problem...All of the accounts for my family are missing all food and other items from our docks and in our rooms. And I mean everything. They are completely blank. Just the floors and walls are there. No beds, dressers, stoves, counters, trees, bushes, nothing. It started the day of "the no one could log in all day" thing. Between us, we have 5 active accounts, and all of them are the same. Nothing in the rooms or the docks. I am assuming the problem is within our computer. But I don't know what it is or how to fix it. I did the cleaning out the cache thing, but that didn't help. Our flash player is updated and has been since the new update came out. So, I do not know. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

I have had no problem with long-term storage of items in my docks. And as Marnabear points out, there is no alternative for the storage of floorings and wallpapers.

Sometimes all or most items will disappear from one room only; you log out and back in, and the items are back. I think of this problem as incomplete loading. Nothing serious at all.

The current problem is different, all items have disappeared for days and haven't returned despite the usual cure-alls of clearing cache and rebooting. Only Ganz can fix this.

Since it's been going on for days, I'll assume that you have logged out and back in WW, and re-booted your computer. You should phone Ganz at 1-866-932-5469 during regular office hours EST. Their customer service is very helpful usually.

If you have already cleared your cache and tried logging in and out,then I suggest a phone call to Ganz Their customer support should be able to fix the problem if you give a detailed description of what is happening,what has happened,and when it started

My daughter and I are just used to not using our docks any longer for long term storage. We've gotten enough storage with coolers and fridges to always have food on hand. One time my daughter "lost" all furniture,etc. in one of her rooms, but it came back the next day.

The dock shows things sometimes, but usually says "O items".

Bottom line: never use dock for things you want to keep after you log out.

That's kind of hard to do if you happen to have walls and floors you do not want to use yet. I wish they would make a way to store those without using them in a room.

Try contacting GANZ. Usually they'll help you. E-mailing them is usually the most effective way for me. A way to contact them is on the front page of Webkinz. Also, you could try to call them, whcih I usually don'tdo when I have an account problem. 1-866-932-5469. I hope you get them back soon!

My cousin had this on her account before. She was in tears. She had me over at her he on Webkinz and I could see all the items. Try inviting some real life friends into your house and see if they can see your stuff (in the room) on their computer. Also, update your java. That helped her. All her stuff came back. If the problem proceeds, call GANZ at 1-866-932-5469.

Thanks for the advice everyone. I will trying calling Ganz, but will have to wait until Monday. Busy weekend ahead. Hopefully they can tell me what the problem is. I would understand if it was 1 or 2 rooms I can't see stuff in, or if it was 1 or 2 accounts. But it's every room, on all 5 of our accounts. That's why I'm thinking it's our computer. Wish me luck with this, lol. Thanks again!

OH! I forgot to mention in my original post, that we can't buy anything from the WShop either. It's completely blank on all 5 accounts too. It's just a little confusing to me. I really don't know what it is. But like I said in above post, I will call Ganz about it on Monday, and hope for the best.

Well, what ever they did today with that update that shut the site down, fixed our problem. ALL room furnishings and dock items are now back. YAH! Thanks again everyone!
