I registered my daughter's Pink Pony on December 27. I am new to WebKinz so after playing with it for a few weeks and reading online, we've learned there was supposed to be an adoption gift, which she never received. The site was very 'glitchy' the first few days and we would often get booted off the server. I can't find anywhere to email WebKinz / Ganz to get support.
We have since adopted a Lil Kinz cat and got the gift for that pet, but still not for the Pink Pony.
My little brother's exclusive pet items, rare items, pet bio, birthday, and free rooms didn't come with the adoption. Up till now I didn't think I could do anything about it. Does anyone know how to fix it?
...Are you talking about the Exclusive Items that you receive for your pets? If you are, then here is my answer: they only give you those Exclusive Items for your second pet and up. Instead of an exclusive, they give you the Webkinz Guide, 2,000 KinzCash and a room. For your second to ninth pet, you get 2,500 KinzCash, an Exclusive Item and a Room. For your tenth pet and every pet that is a multiple of five (10, 15, 20, 25, etc) you get a SuperBed, and the usual stuff...except the room, of course - well, for the tenth pet I think you get a room. And for every pet after the tenth that isn't a multiple of five, you get the usual stuff (again, without the room) plus a spin on the Bonus Dice.

With my first pet, I did not get the sleigh (reindeer) or the bio info. I have emailed 2 or 3 times and got no results. Today, my son did not get an exclusive item with his 7th adoption, and I emailed them.....but I am not too optimistic about getting my problem fixed.
