I don't think it really matters... whatever you decide! :] I have always thought Tessa would be a good name for a lion, and so when I adopted a webkinz lion I named "her" Tessa. Then the lioness came out! xD
I guess by virtue of the name you might well think that it is gender specific Mare being female and all. BUT a nightmare itself is gender non-specific, so I guess you could use that argument I say it can be whatever gender you decide I am going to name mine Diablo
But my biggest nightmare happens to be a male, so then we're back to the gender specific thing again! BAHAHAHA!
It can be a boy or a girl...it's WW! It's your "happy place!" DD almost made her rooster a chick...
Dude El Doo look like a chicky!!! Made a poll a few mintues ago about it too:
I want mine to be a boy named Clarinet (no, not just because I'm practicing right now, okay, maybe a little)!!! I don't think it HAS to be any kind of gender. It's your pet, what's GANZ gonna do ban you? Call you and make you change it?? LOL That would be weird!!
Tricky question: is is possible to adopt a male Night Mare? It would be, sort of, self contradictory. I remember a similar question popped up for Lion and Black Stallion.
I see no problem with it. Many say, how can the cow be a boy, but 99% of my cows are boys. When I adopt the Nightmare, it will be a boy most likely. I believe it is a personal preference on the gender that you pick for your webkinz. We can all look at a pet and see either boy or girl when we look at it but it does not take anything away from the webkinz that it is. I know Moo has a blast being a boy and I wouldn't change a thing if given the chance. I saw a boy named Moo when I saw that cow
