Default Answered: making a link show as a word, not the whole address.

I know the information is out there somewhere, but I can't seem to find it. If I want to link to a post, I usually click on the earth symbol and paste the address in there. How do I make it so someone can click on the word "HERE" for example, and be taken through the link. Thanks in advance for any help!

To Insert a link into some text (It works for pictures, too) highlight the text you would like to put the link on and push the picture of the earth right above the textbox. A box will then come up and you put your link there.
