I am so frustrated right now, it's unbelievable!! My youngest daughter's account is basically frozen. She can't get into her gardens, nor can she get to her pets in most of her rooms, just basic dailys. Webkinz insists it is my computer, even though we can get into and use my older daughter's account. It's been nearly two weeks, I think I've been relatively patient, I've written, again, but received nothing back, anyone else having this problem or is it isolated to just this account? Any input would be GREATLY appreciated. I've got one frustrated Mom and a very upset little lady.
Have you tried clearing the temp internet files and cashe latly on your computer? I have problems with just my main account if I don't do it every so often. Can't even get in on 1 account if the front page changes with out deleting temp internet files. The other accounts work ok without doing it. Its seems strange but once i figured it out I can keep up with it.
As previously suggested, I would call Ganz. It seems as if unless you talk to a person, your issues won't get resolved based on personal experience. Clearing your cache couldn't hurt either. Make sure that you explain that you are not having issues with your other account - that will discredit the idea that it is a computer issue, not a WW isssue.

Cleared the cache, did a disc clean up and still nothing. I even tried accessing it on my husband's laptop, generally hands off to the squirts..but desperate times and all that... still no go, no account, no Webbies. I'm going to call tomorrow, after I call in her prescription refills and reserve her x-rays. It's just really sad, especially for her, she can't play outside like other little ones, so when she can't play with her Webbies, she gets pretty down about it. Hopefully it's a quick fix. She still believes I made up the word "GLITCH"
