Default Unanswered: Major Pet lost or can not play

Sever 4 I been losing pets but find them later else where. now what happens is pet lost found sleeping in garden. I can rake harvest and water but can not click on pet to play. It is a part of my strawberry patch now.

This has happened to me as well on server 3.
The best thing to do is on the GANZ homepage would be to go to the customer service page and put in the stuck pet place. That way they can remove it.

Sometimes this will clear up just by going somewhere else in WW then reloading your room. The odd time this has happened to me I've also needed to log off then on again. If neither of these work, you'll need to do as SmelzGood has suggested.

On the one pet i removed all items from room, went to my pets clicked on the stuck pet but it took me to a room that pet was not in. Then i went to that empty room and was able to get my pet to move. I"t not working with this bird.

Call ganz, they can fix it. It;s just like when an item freezes in your room. My topaz dog is stuck right now also. If I click on him, he actually doubles and one stays in place, and the other one walks wherever I click for him to go. Strange. But fixable.

I would do what SmelzGood suggested and fill out the form at the costumer service on the WW homepage-for me it sounds like your safest bet. Here's the link if you need it!

If filling out the stuck pet form doesn't work in a few days I would try calling Ganz like mentioned above by KBA. The number is 1-866-WEBKINZ, but if I'm correct you have to be over the age of 18 as well as call during their work hours. A worker there should be able to help you and your pet if the costumer service couldn't.

So sorry to hear about this, and the strawberry patch isn't looking like a very comfy bed. I'm sure this will be fixed in no time, next of luck and Merry Christmas!

I've had that happen to me quite often, and call it a phantom pet. That little bird is still really sleeping in its own bed but for some reason just seems to be in another room. If you switch pets to it, you will find it in its room. I don't know why this happens sometimes but it seems to occur more often when the system is busy. Just log out and back in and see if your problem has not gone away.
