Default Answered: Maintenance problem?

Just want to know, is anyone else having this problem? WW for the past 3 days says they are doing maintenance- please be patient. Does this usually take 3 days. In the meantime, my garden is probalbly dead and I miss all activities for the time that it is out.

I had that problem following the last Maintenance. Had to login through the Customer Service button for about 2 or 3 days every time. After that it cleared up. Hope this works for you. And Ganz Cust Svc Rep told me about clearing the cookies every time. It does not harm anything. Everytime i clear Cache I clear all the cookies also. That alone cleared up some problems that I was having for a long time. The ' unexpired and allow list' of cookie come right back. I think they are refreshed or something like that. Any way it does make a posotive difference.

The last maintenance was May 21 and lasted a few hours. Reboot your computer, clear your cache, and you should be back with the program!

This must stink! I haven't had the problem myself yet, but there are a few things that might help you fix it. The first is to clear out your cache, and almost always fixes up glitches.

To clear your cache, go to the toolbar at the top of the page, select tools, and then internet options in the dropdown menu. Then a little box should popup onto your screen. Make sure you're on the general tab, and you'll see a little subtitle called browsing history. Click the delete button, and you can select what to clear out from your cache.

Another thing that sometimes sets things right too, is to reset your computer, if for some reason cleaning your cache didn't work out. If neither of strategies above worked, then it's probably a glitch on Ganz's part, so it'd be best to contact them about it. I wish you the best of luck though!

*Edit* Sorry, I just saw that you had tried clearing your cache, and rebooting, after I posted. I'm so sorry. Anyways, I found the link to the login screen, tell me if this helps at all. Login screen, Click HERE!

Oh, that's sad to hear. We are not having any problems with the two accounts here. Maybe you can give Ganz a call. Hope they resolve it for you soon.

Which Browser are you using, Try using a different browser. As Webberlily says ... Clearing the cache is usually the answer

I would try clearing your cache and cookies and then close your browser and restart your computer.
If that doesn't work try using a different browser.
I mainly use Firefox, and sometimes Google Chrome.
If you still get the maintenance message, you should call Ganz.
Hope you get it fixed soon.

Scroll down to the very bottom of the welcome page and click on the little white letters "log in" that has worked for me in the past. Good luck.

The maintenance message comes up for me on the main page. The Bulletinz section says they are down also. However, if I click on the Parent's Section, I can log in from there. Also, the other computers in my house don't have a problem on the main page, just the one that I used while the servers were down.
