OK. We don't know what to do. We have 21 purchased e-store charms and have been playing with full access since it began. We almost never get charms, just tons and tons of pachinko pods, day after day, play after play.
I finally called Webkinz support and complained. Lo and Behold, the next day we got a charm! BUT, none since then, almost three weeks, playing 2 or 3 times dailly. Clearly the problem seems to be in the programming. Does ANYONE have any ideas on how to get through to them to do somethng about this. Anger, frustration and disappointment are running rampant. And what exactly do you tell the kids?
Well, they just seem to be having bad luck. Ganz should do some matinence soon. If the problem keeps happening Phone Ganz, and tell them that you, and others, are NOT getting anything but pachinko pods! Maybe they will listen then.
Well, I've never had this problem, or any problem that I needed to call Ganz about. But other members have said that if the customer service person isn't too helpful, to ask to speak to a supervisor. Maybe do that. Try to be as polite as possible (not easy when something this frustrating is going on, I'm sure), and explain that this is your second call about the problem.
I'm so sorry you're having problems with Magic Mire. The prizes are very cool. I hope it starts working for you soon!!!!!!

You should ask to talk to a manager, because then they will understand that you are serious about the issue, and they are most likely the person who can actually help you. I have had bad experiences of the regular reps just giving me excuses for why things don't work, and then having to apologize when they realize they are wrong. Honestly, I think we know more about how certain things do or do not work in WW then the people on the other end of the phone. (Not all, but the ones I spoke with at least)
I've had great runs of charms, and then I've had some really lousy ones. Right now I'm in a lousy run too!
I seem to get a larger variety of stuff if I move the arrow all the way to the right or left rocks, ignoring the early fairies. Then, I move in the opposite direction back toward the other set of rocks and try to get one of the faster fairies. But a slow one usually has something too. This approach seems to work for me. And every once in a while, I just mix it up and pick a fairy really quickly.
I still have disappointing days, but I do have most of my charms and the prizes from collecting all 5.
Hi there! I have Magic Mire and I get a lot of pods too...its really annoying... i only have one charm though...
Usually i get the best stuff if i wait for the middle fast ones. And sometimes if you click on one that has 2 of them you can have double the gifts!!
If you want you can contact Webkinz again at 1-866-WEBKINZ make sure that you or the person that is calling is older than 18 or they will NOT except your call. They also say to call between 9am - 5pm. Good luck!
