Default Unanswered: Lost bowling allley

My girlfriends bowling alley disappeared from her game room into thin air. She left the room and she went right back in and it was gone. She waited a couple of days, thinking it would come back on its own, but it didn't. Finally, she contacted Ganz and told them what happened, but she hasn't gotten a reply and that was over a month ago. The same thing happened with her stoplight (that she can't buy a replacement for, I might add) I know things sometimes get stuck and disappear and reappear, but we're talking 10,000k. Has this happened to anyone else or are we the only ones? Is it a glitch or can people steal your items (I've heard a rumor that they can). Please reply, any info will be helpful.

my daughter "lost" 13 of her rare, and exclusive items the other day. Including the hot tub, vortex storage unit, love pond, magic carpet, gold safe, R&B tree.... we assume someone got her password but with Webkinz, you never know!

postalone thats so sad and people sometimes send you viruis that track youre fingers typing on the keys and send youre password to that person

That's a huge bummer! My daughter lost three rare items a few weeks back, all from the Egyptian theme. I think somebody had her password, but it's still tough when you worked so hard to get them. I hope you have some luck with Ganz! I didn't when I emailed them about it. They wouldn't even tell me if somebody did mail them out of her account.

Well, I finally got a reply back from ganz, 3 months later. I'll post it so everyone can read it. Just remember, before you do that, I know for a fact that noone else took my item, it just disappeared. Even so, Ganz says they can't do anything about it. I don't post this in anger, just to inform everyone of what is going on, and of what I think is happening to a lot of people's accounts. So be informed, and be aware.

If an item or money goes missing, it is most likely that someone knows your username and password (or secret code) and has accessed your account. If someone has removed or sold an item, it can NOT be reinstated. Please remember that your accounts security is your responsibility.

Please change your password right away by going to www.webkinz.com and clicking 'Login'. On the login screen, click 'Change my Password'. Remember that passwords are case sensitive.

Please keep your new password a secret and never share your secret code.

Another potential reason for missing items/Kinzcash is a minor glitch in Webkinz World. While this is extremely uncommon, it is possible with accounts that have items improperly stored (items blocking doorways, overloading rooms excessively with items). For more information on how to store items and decorate rooms correc tly please refer to the Webkinz Guide, which can be found in the 'Things to Do' menu once you log-in. If you still see this happen please verify that your computer and internet speeds meet the minimum requirements to play on Webkinz world. Any items lost resulting from a momentary glitch in the website can NOT be awarded.

I part that really concerns me is what I put in bold. It makes me realize that they intend to do nothing about my concern, and apparently, since this is obviously a form letter, nothing about similar concerns from other customers. Good luck out there!
