Default Unanswered: Lost Blue Box

I had a blue box adoption gift sitting in my dock since last week and decided to open it yesterday on
Webkinz day. Well, once I clicked it open the normal screen came up and then "please wait" appeared and the screen was blank. I got booted out and when I went back in there was no blue box and no gifts. I called Ganz this morning and was told there is nothing they can do about it because they don't know what I was supposed to get I can't believe that they can't send a new blue box or just pick something that would come in them to send as a replacement.
I guess that since I don't know what I was supposed to get either, I can't be disappointed for long.

Man, that's awful! You should call them again and ask for another blue box. I wonder why it got stuck...

So sorry that happened!
I wonder why they didn't send another blue box. That's weird.
Maybe you should call them again and ask for another?

A lot of glitches where happening with blue boxes yesterday...Either people didn't get a prize,or they kept getting the same prize from each adoption.

Try clearing your cache and logging back in it might show back up that way.. Good Luck

Oh dear - I hope it shows up soon! I'd try giving GANZ a call again, and seeing if the next customer service representative that you get is more personable and understanding. Sometimes it's all about who you talk to, and that would help a little bit if it was someone who understood your frustration. I'd follow Ergoiam's advice about your cache, and then call ganz again. Maybe during the evening reset it came back? Good luck - I hope you get a blue box soon (and with a great prize!)

I have heard of quite a few problems yesterday in W.W.
I am hoping we all have better results today.
Ganz knows their customers were having problems yesterday.
1-800-724-5902 ----if the cookies and casch clearing don't work-try again, calling.

I am going to try and call Ganz again later this afternoon and hope for a different rep.
