Default Unanswered: Login / Parental Control Issue

I am a parent, and Webkinz works perfectly from my unrestricted Windows account.

However, my children's Windows accounts use the highest security setting where I have to add sites that are not rated safe for kids.

The www.webkinz.com home page came up fine without having to add it since it's rated.

I followed the instructions here: http://www.webkinz.com/faq/c.html#18 and added all the IP addresses.

The login screen at 66.48.69.102 comes up for them now, however, once they enter their user/pass, the animated "W" appears and then goes away and the screen just stays green, nothing else appears, and nothing is clickable, not even "log off".

The same procedure from my account works, so I know it's not an Adobe Flash or other computer/browser issue.

I have found several posts in several forums about this exact problem, and it's obviously related to the parental controls, but I can't seem to find a way around it.

Does anyone know what else I can add to the allowed sites list that will permit my children to log in without having to let them use my unrestricted account?

My computer is running Windows Vista Premium / Internet Explorer 7, and I am using the built-in parental controls.

Thanks in advance.

Try it with Firefox instead of Explorer. See if that makes any difference. I know that sometimes we have to switch back and forth depending on the problem.

Try clearing cache and rebooting their computer. This sometimes happens to me..and I have found that most of the time..this will work....
