Default Unanswered: Log in Issues

I have been trying since after lunch to log in and all I get is a white screen. I had no problem before lunch logging in.

I have deleted my cookies and updated my Abobe Flash Player but no luck yet. Does anyone know how to fix this?

There is a table in the Curior Shop right now that I would love to get but it's going to be gone from the Curio shop in about 35 mins.

Any help anyone can give me is much appreciated!

I had that problem too. Probally just all the new stuff that was added needs the kinks worked out

I cut and pasted this from Webkinz customer support page. we do this everytime WW freezes at log-in or hangs on an activity, and it alway works for us. If you don't have Internet Explorer go here: http://www.webkinz.com/faq_technical.html and click on "how do I clear my cache?

if you do have Internet Explorer:

• From the Tools menu, select Internet Options
• Choose the General tab
• Under Browsing history, click Delete
• Next to “Temporary Internet Files”, click Delete files
• Click Close, and then click OK to exit.


Then open a new window, log in again, and try the again. Hope that helps!

Thanks so much for the information. However, I have done all that and it didn't work.

I got a call from Ganz a few minutes ago about a different issue and talked with the nice lady about my log in issues. She talked me through fixing it. It had to do with unchecking the box in Real Player that "Enabled Web Downloading and Recording". Now it works great!
