| | Unanswered: Locked out with no Tech Support in sight
I'm locked out of five rooms, now. I've written Support but that was five days ago--I wrote again yesterday--but I still haven't heard back from either email. There are at least four pets locked up in there, too. It's really frustrating. I've tried restaring and about everything else (except, possibly, a can-opener). I thought I'd hear from support but alas I have not. Any ideas?
oh, btw, one of the rooms has a telescope--two of the rooms have the detective desks in them, the fourth room is the Egyptian room, and the fifth room is the king of the jungle room with the throne. And, yes, it all started after the new website was installed.
Any ideas how to contact Tech Support and get an answer?
