| | Unanswered: Loading Problems - Good News!!
I posted a thread a few days ago about my problems getting into my room (any room!). I couldn't get into any room because I would lock up at the Loader Lounger during the Loading Furniture phase. After 10 - 15 Ganz Customer Support emails and a few phone calls, I finally got a return phone call today, after not being unable to get into my room for the past 5 - 6 weeks. The Customer Support lady was actually very helpful. The first thing that she told me was that she was going to look to see if I had a "particular item" in any of my rooms. Thanks to some posts on this site from other users I knew that she was referring to the Antique Sink. She removed the Antique Sinks from my room, moved them to my dock, and told me to sell them or else I might lock up again. I did so, and so far today my problems have been solved. My children have 3 other accounts and any room with an Antique Sink I can't load. Does anybody have a suggestion of how to remove the sinks when I can't get into the room? I really wonder why Webkinz continues to sell the sink at the W Shop, when their own customer service knows that the sink can cause the room to lock up. Anybody who has an Antique Sink and can still get into their room will probably want to get rid of it ASAP. If there is anyone from Ganz reading this, could you please stop selling the antique sink and could you please remove the antique sinks from your customers rooms? If you put it in the dock, webkinz owners can sell it and can reduce the chance their rooms will lock up. Thanks again for the responses by members on this site.:gor:
