Just bought Webkinz to unlock Zumwhere and then bought a little critter for it. We can not get into the "Visit Zums" section. When it is clicked on, it gets stuck on loading palette. We have 2 computers and it does the same thing on both, as well we have tried a computer at another house and it does the same thing.
Computer Cache has been cleared, everything updated, computers have been restarted. How can we get into this section?
Please help, we have spent a fair amount of money today on this only to find it is useless for us.

Or you could try calling. I'm not totally sure if Ganz can help you or not due to the fact that a large portion of WI users have been experiencing difficulties with the reps. In other words, they don't seem to know or care about giving their customers correct answers.

If you are noticing that the "Please Wait" sign remains on your screen for an extended period of time, this means one of two things:
1. It could mean that your computer is having difficulty connecting to our server. To solve this issue, we suggest that you please contact your Internet Service Provider and notify them of the issue.
2. If we are experiencing a higher than normal volume of traffic, you will notice the Please Wait sign. In this case, please log out and log back in at a later time.
There is also a form where you can enter your feature code if it doesn't work on the site. I'm not sure if that's what you need but if it helps just go to "Questions About Feature Codes".
I'm sorry I couldn't be much help, but I've lost a few items that way myself.
I could imagine it's one of the many glitches in WW. Send a report in, explaining your problem, and hopefully it will get fixed. But you could also try installing a new version of adobe flash player, seeing that is how the graphics are run on WW, and if that is not working, neither will WW.
