The thing is - we have Webkinz, and we accept an agreement that says it is as is or as available. If we go trying to sue Ganz or whatever what are they going to do? Close WW down and that's the end of that. I sure don't want that to happen.

Yeah, keep contacting them about the problems and keep, politely, expressing your opinions to them. But I don't think a legal action or anything like that is the way to go. That would just lose Webkinz for everyone entirely.

I don't like the glitches either, but it seems like they are working to fix things. Do I think they could do a better job - yes I do. But I don't want to see WW go away because of an over the top response to the problem.

I don't think it is false advertising - you can get into WW and do the things promised. It might not work so great all the time but it is there.

They DO promise extra stuff with the POTM. I just want what the have promised for me adopting a pet I may never have purchased without it being the POTM.

I don't advise to sue, there is too much of that for frivoulous things already, but a promise is a promise.

I do not think it is worth a law suit. I was having a hard time loading at about 21 pets, so I opened a new account, and I have never had the problem again.

Also-do you have hispeed internet? When I adopted my first pet, we did not have hispeed internet, and it was so frustrating that I didn't get on Webkinz for several weeks.
