I know that kinzpost is really messed up. But lately when I try to send the new ballet locker, it calls it an invalid item. Can't send two or three. Sometimes one item works. Done everything but call Ganz. I was using IE, last time I called, Ganz said to use mozilla or other browser. Now neither one works. What other browsers are available that work well with WW.
I've run into this problems many times when moving items between accounts. For some reason Ganz doesn't want to let you send duplicates of certain items, and there's no way to know in advance which items you'll encounter a problem with. One thing I did discover, however, is that if you "pay for postage" and choose one of the $10 red or blue boxes, items that are invalid to send in the free plain brown boxes will go through if you pay for an upgraded box.
Hmm, I use Firefox and have sent one Locker and had no problems. I love the new locker. I wanted something in my bowling alley to store the Kinzpinz Bowling shirts and what I had kind of stunk. But the locker works really well. I'm glad Ganz made it! I just had another thought you could use it in the back of a classroom too! Sorry I got off topic there can you tell I like it?
