Kinzville Academy Style Class Problem

Today I enrolled my pet in the Style Class at Kinzville Academy. I paid my 50KC, then waited for my first model to appear. And waited and waited, but no model ever came out! After several minutes, I had no choice but to X out of the Style Class which resulted in me losing my KC and getting a red mark on my Report Card. This is not the first time this has happened to me. I had the same exact thing happen in this same class a week ago and I wrote to Ganz about it but they never responded beyond the automated email saying they got my comment. Here are screen shots of what happened. As you can see, several minutes went by with nothing happening...

I don't really care about losing the KC, but it sure feels terrible to get a red failure on my report card when it's not my fault. Kinzville Academy should be fun and not even have a failure option!

I'm sure that they will help you with your problem, I hope that they take the red mark away for you.

That particular class seems to have some glitches. I've had this happen to me once and at one point the model was all messed up because she was like 3 models connected at the back. They fixed the connected models so maybe they will get this one fixed soon as well.

This problem is exactly why I found this entire website. This has happened to me several times -- and only when I'm completing Style in the Academy. It is frustrating, and I AM angered that it steals my 50KC! I wish they would fix this glitch!

I also think that the agility section is way too hard after the fifth level. I mean, simply impossible to do and I'm left clicking 'tutor' just to try to reach level 10. That's just plain no fun at all!!

I've had this happen numerous times (I'm on level 4 now) and have sent messages to Gantz each time. I just keep hoping that they will fix it during one of the times that they have the website down for maintenance. I've also had the three poodles joined together happen again in the last week, so they obviously haven't got that issue completed fixed either.

The good news is that the next time you complete the style class it will change your report card back to green.
