i need help from anyone please. i just started level 6 of all my classes at the academy, but i have yet to pass the agility, i can't get past those two double hurdles up front. if you have to mix speeds at this level i will never be able to coordinate that. lol thanks to anyone who helps.:husky:
Agility, watch out for those red hurdles. They can be pretty tricky, especially on the higher levels. You'll need to run faster to clear them than the green and yellow hurdles. The red hurdles are different for Webkinz and Lil'Kinz as well. For Webkinz you need to jump closer to the hurdle, for Lil'Kinz you can jump from farther away.
That might be what your looking for, a member posted it on a different thread though.
I'm having trouble with Level 6 Agility too right now; my birds keep knocking over the tall red hurdles. Lately my computer's been slow and I've been failing Agility left and right.
What works for me most of the time, though, is to start out at the highest speed to jump the two sets of double green hurdles at the beginning. Then I hit the left arrow key to slow up for the yellow hurdles and go fast again for the reds. Also, hitting the right arrow key in midair can make your pet go farther.
I had to tutor Agility after Level 3, so do not feel bad! My pet has since passed Level 10. You WILL have to learn how to speed up and slow down. If you have access to another computer, you might try that. Something else you can try is playing a video at the same time to slow down the computer. That was key for me. (I muted the sound.)
Once you successfully jump over that first double hurdle, you will get the biggest rush of excitement! If you can jump over one double hurdle, you CAN do it again. At the rate I was passing Level 10, it would have taken me over 2 years to finish just that level. Luckily I finally got the hang of it, and becoming familiar with the hurdle pattern didn't hurt, either!. Just keep trying, and don't be afraid to use the tutor function.
Great points everyone, I often wonder how the smaller children are expected to pass these classes. The bad thing about using the tutor is that when you get to level 10 this is no longer an option... I have one class this month that out of 25 attempts I miss it 19 times so something tells me that at this rate I will be lucky to finish by the end of the year. So Good Luck! I know I'll certainly need a lot of it.
