Kinzpost Problem! Another Glitch In Webkinz World

We are now experiencing glitch #2 and it's with KinzPost. We have letters in our in box (unread) and when we click to open/view, the envelope pops up and then freezes, can't open any letters to read and once it's frozen we have to log out of Webkinz World because the unopened envelope wont disappear...AHHHHH!!!!
First Tournament Arena now KinzPost - any one else experiencing this?
I tried to contact GANZ- no response 2 Problems unsolved now!!!!!
HELP PLEASE!

your not alone there has been a ton of glitches in latley id try to contact ganz about them again and maybe they will fix them

I find if I log out and then log back in I can then get the mail. It doesn't work all the time but most of the time it does. Sometimes I have to log off two or more times before I can read my mail.

the mail has unfortunately been frozen for the past 4 days, with us logging off and on constantly playing in Webkinz World and it's still frozen! AHHHH!
I do appreciate all the feedback though - what a great place in Webkinz Insider!

ya that always happens with me and it's VERY annoying, maybe try calling ganz and talking to them personally. i don't know the numbers but somebody else might!!
