I did not lose a tree on any of my accounts, so I would not be one that could help you with knowing that info from first hand knowledge.
I can give you a number for someone at webkinz if you would like....it would not work until Monday though, and it would have to be an adult they speak with.....(not sure if you are or are not an adult.)
