Default Unanswered: KC plus help

For some reason in my Euro account I can not get the KC plus treehouse to show up. We have two American accounts and two Asian accounts and they show no problem, so I know it is not the browser. Any thoughts on how to fix this?

Hi,

I know this was an issue several weeks ago---that several accounts had one tree disappear.

I never heard if one of the trees ever came back on all or most or any of those accounts.

I did not lose a tree on any of my accounts, so I would not be one that could help you with knowing that info from first hand knowledge.

I can give you a number for someone at webkinz if you would like....it would not work until Monday though, and it would have to be an adult they speak with.....(not sure if you are or are not an adult.)

If you need the info, pm and I will pm you the number.

I have 6 accounts. In 4 of them I can get it, in 2 of them I can not. I guess it is still a glitch they need to fix. Everytime they add a new color zone, I expect it to come back...but no luck so far.

but do you only have 1 tree? I understand not getting, I am trying to find out if anyone else only has 1 tree and how they fixed it.
