Is anyone else having issues getting into KC+? Every time I try to go into to KC+ I get stuck with the blue screen. I CANNOT change browsers, and I HAVE cleared my cache. I'm on IE 7, and I have tried loggin in on 2 computers and one laptop in the last three days with no avail. Anyone?

This is especially frustrating becaue I want to trade for Count Down To Christmass items I missed and I can't do that in regular KC.

Well, something like that happened to me. I am not sure if it is the same thing, but I can't get into the clubhouse at all either. Sorry if it doesn't help.....

I contacted Ganz and this is what they sent me:


"Please make sure that all of your pop up blockers are off. If you have a router,
please make sure that the HTTP port 80 is open and the FTP port 21 is open.
If this still does not fix the problem, contact your internet service provider
to check that your security settings on your modem are not set too 'high'."

HTTP port 80? I do have a router, but I have the same issue on the computer that doesn't use the router. Any computer whizes around here?
