3 (+2) Means that you are on LEVEL THREE, and you have successfully completed that job TWICE in a ROW.
If you were to FAIL the job the NEXT time, it would READ: 3 (-1). If you fail it a SECOND time in a row, you get dropped a level--so, then you would be: 2 (0).
IF you do not fail it the next time (and you are now 3(+2), ....) then you will now be reading : 3(+3) . When you are at LEVEL 3, you are at the highest level, and you number just keeps adding until you fail the job once....then, back to -1. bummer--it only takes one time.
My sister is 3 (+85) last I checked on several of her jobs---if she asks me to cover her pets while she is gone, there are VERY few jobs I will even ATTEMPT to do....
Hope this info helps!!
Good luck, and congrats on getting to level 3 !!
