Red face Unanswered: I've been robbed!

I've been robbed! I have 105,316 kinzcash in my webkinz account, and then the next day I log on and 8,000 of it is gone! My movie maker isn't working, and now, I can't even get off of it. There's been a lot of problems lately iin webkinz world.

ganz doesn't reply to emails, so your best choice is to call them. i believe it's 1-866- WEB-KINZ. I may be wrong. sorry to hear 8,000 is gone

yes they do. my parents emailed them once. did you tell any friends your password? if so, this is why GANZ always tells us to not tell anybody our password. don't email/call them, the webkinz CS page says ''if someone has spent your KC, it cannot be remibursed'' [<probably means cannot be restored] change your password, it's the only way to be restassured [sure] that it will not happen again.

That really stinks.
Sorry somebody did that! You can't get your KC back, so the best thing to do is to change your password to something nobody would guess and don't tell anyone what it is.

As for the movie maker, I don't know because I haven't had one of those in ages. For this, I would consider contacting Ganz. But before you do that, try logging out and back in.

Hope you get this all figured out!
