Default Unanswered: Items stuck in room, help

I got an animated posing plant and ever since then my room has been acting wacky. I don't know if it's just co-incidence. The first room I put it in, when I returned to the room it was empty except the plant. When I logged out and back in everything was back. I moved the plant to a different room. When I came in items that were on a table were on the floor. I can't move them. When I try to edit the webkinz moves to that spot. I've deleted cookies, cleared my cache, and re-booted. I e-mailed customer service. Any ideas on what else to do?

that happens all the time to me. Just wait it out, keep checking on it, remove the table if you can, and it will eventually bounce back!

Hm, why don't you try logging in and out again, and see if the items are there. That happens to me all the time, and it usually works when I do that!

Thanks, I was able to remove the table. They are stuck on the floor. It's good to know it eventually worked for you.

Oh, the items did come back when I logged back in. I just have 2 that are stuck on the floor.

Well, that's strange! I suggest loging in and out ONE more time, take the plant from the room, get a table in that room, and THEN try to get the items on the new table/or it can be the old table!

Really all you can do is wait to hear from Ganz. I will say there is an option "Item Stuck ...." on the contact Ganz page. If you hadn't used that already.

This post helped me

http://www.webkinzinsider.com/forum/...14&postcount=5

I brought the table back into the room and left the room. logged out and cleared my cache again. Then it let me remove one item. I did it again and I was able to remove the other. I put everything back hoping they'll stay put now.

---------- lorib64 added 25 Minutes and 21 Seconds later ----------

It did the same thing, so I re-arranged the furniture and I didn't put the plant back in the room.

Hmm...I would try logging in and out again, and the only other think you could do, is wait. If they don't respond by tomarrow, I would call them. =]
