I became a member of webkinz to play with my stepkids across country last month, but my husband and I are finding the the gross number of glitches in our rooms VERY frusterating. I've had 3 cars, 2 trophies, and flowers stuck in my rooms. They can't be moved, removed, and my pet walks right through them. My husband has had the same problem with his cars, trophies and bonzai trees. And this morning his new pool glitched. We've made complaints on the website, but nothing seems to happen. Is there a better way to get our glitches fixed? Or a way we can "reboot" it ourselves?

First of all, welcome to Webkinz Insider! Always good to have new members join.
There are a number of ways to "unstick" items yourself. In the latest round of stuck item glitches, often all you have to do is walk (not jump) out of a room, then re-enter. If that doesn't work, there is another thing you can try.
Remove the table/pedestal that the item is on (or if you already removed it, put it back), then put it back in the exact same place. Walk, not jump, out of the room, then re-enter.
If that still doesn't work, log out, clear your cache, log back in, and try again.
If all those things still don't work, contact Ganz. If you look at the log in page, you'll see all sorts of buttons. Select Customer Service, then near the bottom is an option "I've got something stuck". Fill out that form; usually they'll get to it in a few days; however with the long weekend, it may take a bit longer.
And yes, Webkinz is famous for it's glitches. Every time they add something new, something else stops working.... Sometimes we're not sure if we should laugh or cry!
