okay so on one of my accounts my artic fox got stuck on his psi treadmill. so i told ganz and they fixed it by taking everything out of the room and put it in my doc. i went to one of my other pets rooms and everything was gone not even in my doc........could someone please help thankyou for all help.

The best thing to do would to try to log off than log back on. I've had my doc wiped clean and all rooms wiped clean, when I logged back on everything was back. If that doesn't work, try contacting Ganz again. I've had SO SO SO many problems w/ Ganz, so it could be another glitch. Good luck and hope everything gets fixed! (^_^)

Try logging out then back in. I've heard of that happening to people. if it doesn't work try contacting Ganz again. I bet it's just another glitch. Good luck and I hope you don't have to contact them again.

Try logging off and back on. If that doesn't work,clear your cache,or switch your web browser. If the items still don't show up,I suggest changing your password and contacting Ganz. Hope I helped!

I have had this happen before. Everyone else gave great advice. The best way to fix it is to log out and in a few times. It may also be a good idea to clear your cache. Here are Ganz's instructions for doing it, just remember to ask your parents' permission if necessary before doing it. All that you really have to clear are the Temporary Internet Files. Removing the other stuff can get annoying when all of your regular websites seem to have forgotten you.

AOL:
  • From the 'My AOL' menu, on the AOL toolbar, Click 'Preferences', then Click 'WWW'

  • At the top in the pull-down menus (File, Edit, Tools etc.), click Tools, then 'Internet Options'
  • This brings up a dialog with 6 tabs across the top (General, Security, Content...)
  • Click 'General; then look for 'Temporary Internet Files'
  • Click Delete Cookies. Then click 'OK'.
  • Click 'Delete Files', then (if it appears, check off 'Delete all offline content', then click 'OK'
  • Click 'OK' again and this should clear all cached pages

Internet Explorer 7:
  • From the Tools menu, select Internet Options
  • Choose the General tab
  • Under Browsing history, click Delete
  • Next to "Temporary Internet Files", click Delete files
  • Click Close, and then click OK to exit.

Netscape:
  • Up top in the pull-down menus (File, Edit, etc.), click Edit, then 'Preferences'
  • Find 'Advanced'. Click the sign in front of the word, 'advanced'
  • You'll see 'Cache, Proxies, etc...'
  • Click 'Cache'
  • On the right you'll see buttons labeled 'Clear Memory Cache,' and 'Clear Disk Cache'
  • First, click 'Clear Memory Cache'. When the “?” dialog appears click 'OK'
  • Click 'Clear Disk Cache', when the “?” dialog appears, click 'OK'.
  • Click 'OK' again to close the Cache Dialog box.
  • This will clear all old info from your browser and the error should be finished.

Firefox:
  • Click Tools and select Options
  • Click the Privacy icon
  • Click Clear Now in the Private Data area
  • Click OK
  • Exit and re-launch the browser.

Clearing Cache on Safari 1.0 / Safari 2.0 for Macintosh OS X:
  • From the Safari menu click on ‘empty cache’
  • When asked if you want to empty the cache? Click on empty
  • Once that's done, from the safari menu click on "preferences"
  • From the Security dialog box, select "bookmarks"
  • Click on "Show Cookies"
  • A list will show up with all the cookies left on the computer.
  • Select "Remove all"
  • Once they are removed, Click "Done"
  • Close down Safari to get back to your desktop
  • Re-launch Safari and log back into Webkinz.

That has happened to me before. Not very fun now is it? Try logging back out, then in again, or clear your cache. If nothing works, contact GANZ, but I'm sure after logging out and back inagain a few times, they will show up. Same with me. Good luck!

I had to close my browser and re-open it. That worked for me. It is very disheartening when all your stuff is missing!

I think eveyone has given you good advice. Clear your cache, reboot your computer and logon again. I've had things disappear and they always came back. It seems strange that Ganz would have fixed your stuck pet that way. Next time a pet gets stuck on a trampoline try jumping to another room. That usually works.
