I've found you can only get them to sporatically fix mistakes, EVEN if they are their mistakes.

I had one spider plant stuck in a room. Sent in the report through the customer service section and next thing I knew EVERY spider plant I had ended up in my dock. Why do they ask for the room when they are going to take EVERY single one of those items out and stick them in your dock??? ???
Then I had a Zingo Pop Trophy stuck in my Bowling Alley. I sent in a request. Log in a few days later to find that all my Zingo Pop Trophy Trading Cards are in my dock and no longer in my trading card binder. I have e-mailed, called, sent in requests, nothing works. They are still in my dock. They take up space below my dock and when I first log in they completely cover my kinzpost area. But trying to get Ganz to help is like It is sooooooo frustrating!
