Yes, Tylenol please LOL

Awwww Kelly, you're a star! Thank you so much for doing that. Yes, it's the number they gave in the email. I'm stuck here, really don't know what else to try - I call my family in Germany regularly, so I know that I normally don't have a problem with international calls. No clue what is wrong with this one.

Are you able to call that 1866WEBKINZ number? I listened to the options instead of hurrying and pressing 1 for English.. they had other languages.. but that might be for US other language speakers... i don't know..

SQUEEEEEEEEE!

I just tried to use the US number with 01 in front, and I GOT THROUGH! I was sure I had tried that before, I seem to remember I got an occupied-line-beep.

I talked to a very nice guy who FIXED THINGS! He had my tick a zillion boxes in a few places, and right now it seems to be working.

Thank you SO MUCH for all your help

I think I was cheering a bit too soon - ten minutes later I had the same problems. I called them again and they said, we recommend you clear your cache every time before you log on.

Which is all fine and dandy, but how much stuff can amass in my cache within ten minutes? LOL!

Thing is that the website itself it's muuuuuch slower than normal for me, and even for my friend who lives some hours away from here - so I'm hoping that it's a server issue that will eventually blow over.

Sounds like my false excitement.. I got home from taking my youngest for a bike ride... My husband says "Webkinz called, the guy said your accounts are 'fixed and ready to go'"....

I go to log in.. wouldn't even log it! worse then before, LOL.. I called back got told that there shouldn't be anything wrong and to use the browser that works for me.. Well i don't WANT to use that browser.. I should have working accounts! I left my name and number to be called back from a supervisor.. I'm guessing that isn't going to be today though If I don't hear back tomorrow I'll call back.

I think the same you do ... This has only been happening for those 4 accounts for a couple weeks.. no drastic account changes other than a few webbies here and there... It's got to be the servers..

I hope they fix this for all of us.. I want to call to make sure it gets fixed, but i really see it as a lost cause.. I called and like you said mine is WORSE! LOL

Hi Fae,

I live in Europe too and got through on this number in Janurary this year: 1-866-932-5469. It took a few tries though and on more than one attempt I got a message which said that the number would not work ... but on about the third attempt it did. The only thing I can't remember is whether I prefixed it with 001 like I normally would for calling North America -- I suspect I did ... try variations and see what happens.
