Well, depending on the difficulty you need (don't post your grade, just give me a general idea) it could be anything from plunking rubber bands to creating a guitar. You can also try (use rubber, like from a balloon) to cover a bowl, make sure its taught, and use it as a 'drum'
Well this one is very simple, take a tissue box and glue a toilet paper roll (no paper left) to the top. Glue taught (but different amounts of tightness on each band) rubber bands over the tissue box hole. NOTE: this is VERY 1st grade-ish so depending on your grade (don't post it) you might not be able to use it.
You can fill a water bottle with beads, rice, etc. and make a shaker out of it.
You could cut PVC piping into all different lengths, and tape them together. Then, when you blow in them, they make different pictures.
You could take a piece of wood, and put little twisty hooks in them. Then, stretch fishing lines across them. You can pluck the strings.
You can do either the drum idea by taking a balloon and stretching it over a small coffe can then securing with a rubber band or you can make a xylophone type thing by getting glasses (that are all the same) and filling them with different amounts of water. Start with a little then work your way up to full. The different amounts of water create different sound. You can even get complex and make a stand and accessories. you can use chopsticks or pencils as the "mallets"
