Default Answered: important estore question

Hi! Ok, so I'm wondering if it's possible to transfer points from one estore account to another.

I had an older estore acount that has 1500 points on it, and I would like to transfer those points to my current account to buy another Christmas Cracker.

Any help would be great. :3

Hi there
I'm not sure if you can transfer points from estore account to another estore account. My suggestion would be to transfer the 1,500 points to your Webkinz account (the one you want to open the cracker on). Then using your current estore account, transfer 500 points to the same Webkinz account. You can find the cracker on page 2 of the new items section at the Webkinz estore.

I hope this helps

I am not familiar with the E-store so I hope this helps.

How do I transfer eStore Points?
Login to your Ganz eStore Account by clicking the "Login" button in the top right-hand corner of the Ganz eStore homepage. Once logged in, click on the “Gift Points” button on the right hand side directly below the Shopping Cart. This feature allows you to transfer eStore Points to a Webkinz World Account of your choice. You can also transfer your eStore Points from the “Gift Points” section in “Manage Account”.

thanks for your post, but I'm trying to transfer the points to another estore account, not a webkinz account.
