I am disappointed that some of you were so quick to accuse Ganz of "false advertising". For that to be true, they would have to be promising the charm code without having any intent to actually send the code. I am certain that is not the case.
If you purchased the required number of points, and didn't get your charm, please contact Ganz and let them know. From time to time, there are errors in the eStore system, but the staff there is always quick to correct any issues. From my experience, they actually respond faster than the customer service reps who deal with Webkinz World issues.
