Those all look like great ideas. I hope one of them works for you. If you can log on with another computer, you know it is a problem on your end and clearing your cache, and history along with rebooting hopefully will do the trick. Blessings

Here are two loader links, not the login points, but actual loaders where you put your name and password. Try the first one and see if it gets you through. It is a Firefox browser link.

Failing that you can try this...NOT clearing cache, please read on
Go to tools (that sprocket in the upper right corner)
Internet options
Go to your Security tab, clcik on Trusted sites (the one with the green check mark)
Click the image to open in full size.

Press on where it says 'Sites' That will open another tab...

Click the image to open in full size.
Add the Webkinz.com like I have in there
Then add those links I gave you, too.
Click close and then go to the Advanced Tab
Click the image to open in full size.
Make sure that your Java scripting is enabled. You will have to restart your computer for the changes to take effect. Let me know if they work for you.

Hi annasuzie. I have been experiencing the exact same issue for the three weeks now also, since the changes of the 1st. Have any of the following suggestions helped you to get in? I have tried everything and still am unable to get in. I have talked with Ganz every day since the 7th and my ISP and Dell who has the warantee on my computer for 1 whole day to analyze the problem. It is a Ganz problem if all of these things have been addressed on your computer. Ganz has not been able to solve the issue. I think it may be a server issue. I am going to ask if they have tried putting my accounts on a different server to see if that helps.
My computer has been gone over with a fine tuned comb so to say and it is in perfect running order with everything updated reinstalled flashplayer,Internet Explorer, Firefox and Safari Browsers. I removed my Security and reinstalled it. Updated Java. I made sure that all the browsers have Java enabled. I have done everything possible that can be thought of to do . It seems so funny that all worked just fine until the changes made on the 1st by Ganz. My family 30 miles south of me can load WW just fine and have been from the beginning.I have run the loading windows on all browsers several time all night and still no completed loading.

There is something else I thought of: You need to have your pop-up blocker turned off (or have an exception for webkinz.com on your pop-up blocker). Sometimes it is an Adobe flash player slow running script that causes the problem. If you have a large account (lots of pets and/or rooms) or you have over 100 items in your dock, sometimes the script is slow (also depends on your computer processing speed, speed of internet connection, how busy WW is, etc.). If you allow pop-ups then you will get a pop-up saying that the script is running slow and if you allow it to run then your computer may become responsive....do you want to abort the script. You must say "NO" to this pop-up (allow the script to run) or WW will not load. If you have pop-ups blocked then you will never receive the script message and WW will never load. Also, logging in during "non-peak" hours doesn't seem to help. It seems like after midnight, WW has loading issues and a lot of "please wait..." and a lot of connection time-outs (at least for the last few days). I hope you can get onto WW soon.

Since WW updates on October 1st, it has been taking all accounts a lot longer to load. Keep it on the green screen for at least 5 minutes before you refresh the screen and try again. Good luck!

You can try clearing your cookies, turn off pop-up blocker, and hit F% before logging back on. You can also try logging on at the very bottome of the WW pagw where it says log on under the regulat log on icon. Good luck!
