I'm sorry this has happened to you. Usualy when that happens to me I clear out my cache and cookies and the glitch is gone. Try doing that!

I think I heard someone say that they changed it so old Internet Explorer versions can't get on anymore. I know when we first started with Webkinz, we couldn't get on at all with our old computer. We actually bought a new computer so we could get on Webkinz! (well, it was time for one anyway, but stilll...it didn't hurt to know that we would be able to play Webkinz too...lol!)

Maybe you could try going on with another computer (at the library or something) and see if your account works there. At least that way you'd know whether it was your account or just your computer.

I hope you can get it worked out!

im sorry this has happened to you. when i log into webkinz it takes between 2 and 3 minutes to load. are you waiting for a few minutes to let the page load up or are you getting frustrated and giving up after the first 30 - 45 seconds? thats what i was doing and i called ganz and the rep told me i should clear my cache and history and then wait 2 or 3 minutes (she stayed on the phone with me while it loaded) to see if it loaded, well i waited an to my surprise i was able to play webkinz!!! i hope this helps. good luck

ohh maybe you should let your kids buy the webkinz and try for a free one. a store near me had a special buy $25 in webkinz and spin the wheel of WOW. i won a black and white cheeky dog. they did it all month long in july. i won 5 or 6 webkinz that month my DD won 3 and some clothes , so they brought it back for 2 days this month. anyway my point is its something special your kids will treasure and enjoy. free webkinz are awesome

Did you try e-mailing Ganz - they changed the e-mail address now you go to customer service on the home page you don't have to be logged on the webkinz. go to comments and questions all the way to the bottom where it says question does not appear above - it will ask for some account information - send your issues be assertive - I told them I wanted my money back since our store won't take returns on webkinz and since I have pets that havent been added it I feel it is a breach of contract anyway they wrote me back with a case number and a phone number to call to straighted the problem.

Please don't give up and not letting the kids get a free webbie is like punishing them more for the frustrastion you all already feel. There have been some improvements.........and more are coming. Try try try again. Good lessons for children If at first you don't succeed try again.......and again if you have to. Remember all the fun you have been enjoying prior to the meltdown.

A couple of suggestions:

Try to update your browser software, or delete and re-install your software.

Make sure your POP UP BLOCKER is OFF.

Try to download a diferent web browser - Firefox is a good one to try.

Does your Internet service provider have a new firewall? Contact them to see how to disable it for certain sites.

I sure hope your problem gets solved. I would be frustated, too

Call webkinz (866-WEB-KINZ) or try to clear your cache. Sometimes Internet Explorer doesn't work so try another type of browzer.

We haven't been able to get on Webkinz World here for 19 days! We've done EVERYTHING and then some from clearing cash, retyping site address, working with our technical support, different and updated browsers, contacting Ganz, etc. You name it we've tried it. Ganz and our internet technical support both agree it's a server problem on Ganz's end. Our neighbors and other local friends cannot get in here either since Oct 1.

Ganz told us we just have to wait until they are able to fix the problems and claim to be working on them. I want to have it fixed and fixed already!

To see if it's a problem with your pc or with the actual account??
