Default Unanswered: I won the charm and didn't get it
Help! Help! I logged into my account, and it said I won the charm. I was really excited, until I looked in my dock and I couldn't find the charm. The next screen that came up after the charm , said I won a charm box. Charm box? That wasn't on the list of prizes.. Where is my charm? I searched my entire dock, and there is no charm. Somebody help!

Click on the magic forest and then the magic mira your charm will be there and you can now start playing that. Congrats on your win

The charm doesn't appear in your dock but you will now be able to play the Fairy Falls charm game in the magic forest... the wacky charm unlocks that for you and you get a charm box to stick in your room too!! When you click on it you will see all of the charms that you own... in your case the wacky zingoz one!! Congratulations on your prize!!

However, if you won the Zangoz charm then the Magic Mire charm game is unlocked for you instead in the Magic Forest... I don't think you specified which of the two charms that you won for your prize!! But neither of them will show up in your dock... just the charm box does when you first win a charm for either of the two charm games!!

the charm does not appear in your dock, but it comes with a Charm Box that goes in your dock that you cannot sell, trade, or kinzpost. you put it in your room, and click, it will show you what charms you have etc

are you talking about the Zingoz charm? i got it for 2 of my account from the click to win on WKN and both of them unlocked Fairy Falls

the charm allows you to play the Fairy Falls Charms game in the Magical Forest Click the image to open in full size.

WKN is running a promotion where if you find the floating Wacky you can win prizes. One of which is the charm.

I won a charm box this morning, instead of the clothes, as well. The charm box should show up at the end of your objects list. Also, it always you to do more in the Magical Forest. I went on Webkinz Newz and reported the situation. I don't want to have issues later.
