Default Unanswered: I really need HELP!!!

For a week now I cannot get to clubhouse, power on phone, Do 2 player tounaments. It says Cannot connect to server. I go to my sisters house today use her computer and it lets me do everything. I come back home and on my computer cannot connect to server.. Please explain WHY!!! I updated flash player and cleaned cache. What else can I do??

that happened to me for like a month straight. It eventually goes away, It's annoying but just hold it out.

try deleting your recent history/ cookies. that always helped me when that happened to me, if not just contact ganz and let them know whats up, It'll be fixed in a day or so.

Ganz will help if you contact them, try re-booting your computer and cleaning out you internet junk folder (cookies). Does anyone know when open house in the clubhouse will be back on? Its been forever...

Try allowing pop-ups from the Webkinz site (if you don't already). Lately I have had a problem with a slow running script on Adobe Flash Player. If you don't allow this script to run, then things don't load properly. If you don't allow pop-ups on your web browser, then the Adobe Flash Player message never pops up and your session probably times out and says that it can't connect. I am not sure if this is your problem, but it has been my problem (intermittently) when I try to load my dock, or sometimes when I try to load the daily/hourly activities.

The tournament area has been closed for about a week. They are doing repairs. The clubhouse, you can only get on kinzchat, not kinzchat plus.

Sometimes, different types of connections -or whatever you call themm, mozzila, etc.- effects what can can do on WW.

I think they are called browsers. I have heard along the forum that Ganz recommend Mozilla. At the moment, I am using Safari (mac) and I can power my kinzchat phone.

I did delete history/cookies. I also deleted files and neither helped..

I did add Webkinz to my pop-up blocker. then re-installed flash player. then rebooted my computer. Is there a better way to contact Ganz than through support on Webkinz. cause that is a joke.... My problem is not in the questions that are there.. I did call support with the 1-866 number a few days ago and still haven't heard anything back..

Just Keep Calling Them, You'll get a Response Sooner or later. I had to get them to reset my moms account because she put in the wrong time zone and couldnt access anything. give it a day or so. Hope Everything Works Out For You! Good Luck!
