a. Go to the post you wanna quote
b. Click the "quote" button (on the lower right hand corner of the post)
c. The "go advanced" page appears, with a jumble of words already in the text box, which represents the quote.
d. Highlight the whole jumble of words, right-click it, select "cut"
e. Go to wherever you want to put your quote, right-click inside the text box and select "paste"
f. The jumble appears. Fiddle around all you want with it, then post it!
Here is an ordinary message, with a quote-wrap around it that I put there.
Here is a quote (that I edited somewhat) in the form of the result you're looking for.

And if you wanna make a custom quote with a name at the top, then do this:
