Default Answered: I need help and can not find the answers.

Well after asking several members this question and not being able to find the answer all day I thought maybe I could find someone (anyone) on WI who might now the answer. I want to open a second account (okay I know how to do that) My question is: Can this other account be added to my Deluxe Family Membership? I have had my Deluxe Family membership since March and there is only my son and I on the account and I know that you can have up to five additional besides me which is the main account. Can one be added after the account has been active? Or do I have to wait until I buy a new membership?

Thank you to anyone who can help me with this question that has been driving me crazy all day.

It looks like you would have to buy another memership. Here is the link to a thread started by Red Bear regarding Deluxe memberships:

In the first post, question #12 is:
#12: Suppose that right now, a member has 2 WW accounts and they sign up for an annual family membership. Then they start a 3rd WW account. Can that account be added to the family membership or must it be done at sign up?
No, sorry. All accounts must be linked at sign-up. It is not possible to add an account later nor is it possible to switch registered accounts. You'd have to buy a new membership for the new account.

Hi games! According to the user agreement, they allow adding new accounts (up to five, of course) but only if it's within two weeks of original purchase. I would give them a call anyway and see what they can do for you.

Thank you for answering my first question.

Now I have one more:

If when the Deluxe account expires and I want to keep it going is that considered a renewal or a new membership and will I be able to add it then?

I would think that when it is time to renew that you could add accounts at that time. To me that makes sense because you may have changed your mind on one of the previous deluxe accts

You cannot add an account after you already signed up.

We ran into that problem already since we added an account after signing up in April.
When you renew your family account you will be able to add it with the rest.....but unfortunately not until then.
